Board Meeting
July 28, 2008

Meeting
was called to order by President Brandes at 6:00 p.m.
Present: President Mark Brandes, Vice-President
Jerry Sires, Tony Gamerdinger
Superintendent Jim Stanton
Visitors: Jenny Marquart
Motion was made by Gamerdinger, second by Sires to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion
was made by Sires, second by Gamerdinger to approve the purchase of a radio communications package for the buses in the amount
of $5625.00. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Gamerdinger, second by Sires to release
Alfred Schott from his Building and Trades Teaching contract. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made
by Sires, second by Gamerdinger to adjourn the meeting at 6:17 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.

board meeting is August 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the ICN room.
