Dunkerton Community School District
Special Board Meeting
March 9, 2009
ICN Room

Meeting was called to order by President Brandes at 6:07 p.m.

Present:    President Mark Brandes, Vice-President Alen Nagel, Tony Gamerdinger, Chris Gibson, Joe Stafford
Superintendent Jim Stanton, Principal Julie Woods, and Board Secretary Beth Weepie

Visitors:    Sue Battani and Donna Kruger from the State Auditor’s office, Helen Steffen from the Black Hawk County Auditor’s office, Matt Wilde from the Waterloo Courier, Elaine Simenson, Dawn Best and Thomas W. Hood

Motion was made by Nagel, second by Gamerdinger to approve the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

Results of the State Audit dated February 17, 2009 were presented by Sue Battani of the State Auditors office.

Motion was made by Stafford, second by Nagel to adjourn the meeting at 6:47 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.

Next regular board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the ICN room.
